Terms of Service

These terms govern the website build and ongoing managed service provided by axistheweb (“we”, “us”) to you (“the client”). By accepting these terms and paying the setup fee, you agree to be bound by them.

We design, build, host, and maintain a website (or web application) for your business. The specifics of what we build are agreed with you before work begins.

Hosting, routine maintenance, security updates, and reasonable ongoing changes are included for the duration of your subscription.

A one-off setup fee is payable up front to begin the build. This is quoted to you individually and shown to you before you pay.

Following launch, a monthly subscription is payable in advance. The subscription covers hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support as described above.

All fees are in GBP and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of VAT where applicable.

The software, code, and infrastructure that power the site are owned and operated by axistheweb and licensed to you for the duration of your subscription. Your brand assets, content, and domain remain yours.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; it will remain active until the end of the current paid period. On cancellation, the managed service and hosting end. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding twelve months.
